New Orleans, LA—October 2025

Following its participation at the TMA National Conference in New Orleans—where leaders in lending, restructuring and law gathered to explore new strategies in business recovery—Rise Alliance has been invited to join the Partnership Tier of the global Turnaround Management Association (TMA) in 2026 as “Imagination Partner.”

The recognition follows Rise Alliance’s growing role in advancing best practices for rehabilitating MCA-distressed businesses through structured, cooperative turnaround strategies. The partnership underscores Rise Alliance’s commitment to bridging the gap between short-term cash flow relief and long-term financial rehabilitation.

In attendance at the TMA National Conference were Rise Alliance principals Michael Petrecca, Gerard Celmer, and John Garcia, who engaged in conversations with peers across the restructuring industry about building sustainable pathways for small and mid-market businesses in distress.

TMA is a global nonprofit organization of more than 12,000 members dedicated to advancing the practice of corporate renewal and turnaround management worldwide.
