Gerard Celmer
Chief Revenue Officer
Gerard Celmer is the Chief Operating Officer for Rise Alliance. In this role, he is instrumental in contributing to the company’s growth by establishing new sales and operations processes, including exploring and opening new channels for lead generation and hiring and training a team of new Negotiators and Client Relationship Managers.
Gerard has been in the consumer and commercial debt restructuring industry for 19 years, most recently as Vice President of Partnerships & Corporate Development at National Debt Relief. There, he was responsible for rebuilding the firm’s existing pipeline and identifying new acquisition targets.
Prior to that, Gerard headed the Business Development and Strategic Partnerships at Corporate Turnaround, a commercial debt settlement firm that resettles problem debts for small- to medium-sized businesses.
Working in tandem with senior leadership, Gerard successfully partnered with a number of leading FinTech firms, leasing companies and leading commercial collection agencies. He was also responsible for modifying the firm’s client service framework, increasing operational efficiency and improving client experience.
Gerard graduated from the University of Scranton with a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting. Gerard is an active member of the Turnaround Management Association.
