Martin Mahoney is the Chief Operating Officer as well as a partner and member of the board for Second Wind Consultants (SWC). Mr. Mahoney has spent the past five years creating reorganization strategies and overseeing business development within SWC. During that time he was directly involved in blueprinting over 500 business reorganization projects which makes him specifically qualified for supporting operations and creating synergies within SWC.
Before Mr. Mahoney’s time at SWC he worked in the IT Staffing industry where he worked with Fortune 1000 companies to identify key personnel gaps on large-scale IT projects and coordinated with a recruiting team to place consultants with high-end, hard-to-find skill sets. Throughout that work, he became familiar with B2B contracting across several industries including, but not limited to, Aerospace and Defense, Wholesale Distribution, Manufacturing, and Healthcare. Mr. Mahoney enjoyed substantial success due to his work ethic, application of emotional intelligence in a business setting, and willingness to learn the skills necessary to identify what his client’s needs were at any given time.
Mr. Mahoney resides in Easthampton, Massachusetts, with his family. He is active in supporting the local small businesses in his area and enjoys a good round of golf whenever he can.
